samsung s3 no ringer sound

   Samsung  no ring sound but loudspeaker ok


              when i checked this problem i tried all in this issue 
               when u make calls  spk ok mic ok loudspeaker ok 
           but no ring sound and  media sound in that case 
             1. check charging connecter 
             2. check any water damage near audio ic 
              3 . audio ic  fail  
               4 . software problem 

               

                               at last it works
